Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead product efficiency improvement, reduce waste, and reduce operating cost. 
• Responsible for the time and motion study, capacity model build up and ensure site capacity to meet business requirements 
• Monitor and analyze factory efficiency and leading action plans to continuous improvement the factory efficiency. 
• Lead capital plan for NPI projects and Mass Production ramping up, work with NPI PM and cross functional teams to drive capacity installation on schedule 
• Using industrial engineering methodology to improve throughput and efficiency  
• Lead production layout design and production flow optimization 
• Support industrial engineering training within the team or across teams 

Qualifications and requirements 

• Sophisticated on AutoCAD 
• More than 5 years' experience with bachelor's degree or above in IE 
• Expertise in Kaizen and Lean manufacturing 
• Experienced in implementing lean/kaizen tools to drive efficiency improvement, cycle time reduction and cost saving. 
• Strong project management experience, leading cross functional team for continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities 
• Effective communication skill and good collaborator   
• Good command of Oral English and Written English
