Responsible for analysis of US GAAP financial results (income statement and balance sheet), including all reporting to US Finance. Provides meaningful analysis of results by liasing with the relevant Canadian business units.
Coordination of quarterly close activities in concert with US Finance closing schedule
Prepares Management reporting package for Canadian management
Responsible for detailed G&A analysis, including liasing with intercompany affiliates to analyze intercompany charges, including eliminations for ACGL reporting.
Responsible for G&A expense planning & analysis
Filing of premium tax returns
Responsible for continuous improvement within the team; develops and promotes efficiencies.
