This Position reports to:
Commercial Operations ManagerIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools. Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.
The work model for this role is: Hybrid
The role supports the: Motion Drive Products business
Responsibilities
Plan and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
Run MRP/ERP planning cycles and maintain accurate planning parameters.
Coordinate with US and European factories on production schedules, delivery commitments, and supply risks.
Track inbound shipments and provide visibility on delivery timelines.
Analyze distributor inventory and sell‑through to recommend complementary stocking strategies.
Build and maintain dashboards for inventory health, supplier performance, and planning accuracy.
Support new product introductions and item master data setup.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and inventory performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; Power BI is an asset.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with distributors or channel partners is a plus.
