Join our team at our factory in Skarbimierz as a Customer Service Specialist.
The person in this role will be responsible for direct contact with domestic and international customers, responding to all inquiries, processing orders and claims.
This role is best suited for candidates with strong communication skills, positive attitude and good command of English. Ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or similar area.
Your main responsibilities:
Professional service for domestic and international customers (by phone and email)
Providing information about company products (prices, availability, delivery)
Receiving and processing orders and complaints
Participating in meetings with customers
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Entering data into the Oracle system
Collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality customer service
Supporting the department in shipping processes and customs clearance
What profile are we looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (customer service, sales, purchasing, logistics)
Fluent English for effective communication – mandatory requirement
Effective time management to complete tasks within set deadlines
High personal culture and professionalism in customer cooperation
Ability to manage time and set priorities
Proactive attitude
