Workday is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the North America Sales Finance (aka Financial Planning & Analysis) team in a role passionate about financial performance analysis and reporting. We're looking for an organized, detail oriented self-starter with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
Prepare key financial reports used to lead and support Global Revenue Operations.
Build effective partnerships across the Workday Finance organization.
Provide qualitative financial analysis around key performance indicators and develop insights on business performance based on the interpretation of financial results.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and KPI metrics packages. Communicate variances to plan/budget to business partners and other critical team members. Analyze business results providing advice on the financial impact of operating decisions.
Support the annual strategic planning process, including the evaluation of key metrics and models.
Own regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to provide significant metrics and insights.
Participate in cross-functional efforts to continuously improve data quality and establish rigor in measuring and monitoring the business.

Proporcionar análisis financieros cualitativos en torno a indicadores clave de rendimiento y desarrollar información detallada sobre los resultados del negocio en función de la interpretación de los datos financieros.
Elaborar un paquete de métricas financieras y de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) mensuales y trimestrales. About You
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Consulting, or related business function.
Bachelor's degree in a business function such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
It is essential to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent organization, time management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Finance system proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver and think ahead.
Proven ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong business sense with ability to apply financial data to help develop insights to business performance.
Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.
Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
Finance or Accounting experience in the software or SAAS industry preferred.
High proficiency with MS Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides).
Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tool preferred.
Cualificaciones básicas:
