Summary:

As a Receiving Technician, you will support the in-house servicing, repair, and maintenance of company products within a repair and service environment. In this role, you will diagnose product issues, perform testing and calibration, and ensure repaired equipment meets quality and performance standards. You will also help document repair activity and support analysis of product trends to improve overall service operations and product reliability.

What You Will Do:

  • Support unloading, unboxing, receiving, and decontamination of returned medical devices, consoles, and components in accordance with quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to quality, labor tracking, work-in-progress, ERP transactions, and returned equipment records
  • Assess returned products against quality procedures to determine disposition, including return-to-stock, repair, vendor shipment, or scrap
  • Create and process jobs for returned products, verify serial numbers and return order accuracy, and support domestic and international returns including credit returns, repairs, and trials
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Care, Quality, Regulatory, Depot, Production, engineers, and technicians to resolve issues and ensure proper equipment flow and investigation processes
  • Identify, track, and troubleshoot returns with missing or incorrect information using ERP and quality systems to determine next steps and ensure compliance
  • Adhere to FDA, OSHA, and Quality Management System requirements while supporting Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support daily operational priorities through teamwork, problem solving, training completion, overtime flexibility, and communication of equipment, process, quality, or safety concerns to leadership

What You Need:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for long periods of time

Preferred:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
