RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED!Minimum Requirements:
Ten years of relevant experience, preferably in the refining or petrochemical industries
Professional Engineer in Province of Ontario or eligible to apply with PEO
Extensive knowledge of Process Safety Principles
Experience facilitating PHAs (e.g. HAZOPs, What ifs, etc.)
Experience with consequence analysis and facility siting assessments
Strong interpersonal skills: a team player, as well as the ability to deal effectively with personnel at all levels, within and outside the organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Ability to coach and mentor

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee process hazard analysis (PHA), risk management, investigations, MOC reviews, consequence analysis and facility siting
Participate in various Process Safety Networks
Support the Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) including implementing improvements, stewarding KPIs, analysing critical control analysis data
Work closely with all areas of the refinery, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and EH&S
Location and other Key details:
You will work out of our Sarnia refinery in Ontario, located at 1900 St. Clair Parkway
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
