Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders, utilizing standard tools and methodologies to ensure that service level agreements are met, and monitoring project progress to achieve desired results. You will engage in discussions to identify challenges and develop solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and implementation of project plans to ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on project status. - Contribute to the identification of risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management software and tools. - Strong understanding of service level agreements and performance metrics. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track project progress. - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
