  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and business leaders to align design efforts with company strategy and revenue goals.
  • Able to navigate complex projects without much oversight
  • Act as a strategic liaison and partner between design, marketing, and product teams

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm (global, major strategy or design consultancy) supporting clients in design, UX and digital experience strategy
  • 5-7 years of design experience in UI/UX for digital products or services.
  • Ability to utilize available tools and resources to accomplish end goals

  • More than 5 years of experience developing, testing and implementing strategies that drove measureable results.
  • Experienced in translating qualitative and quantitative research insights to inform strategy, shape product design, and drive user-centric commercial solutions
  • Ability to succeed in a cross-matrixed organization that relies on building support in other groups
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity and desire to organize it
