As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation to deliver robust and efficient systems.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enablon Software Platform.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear direction to development teams.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enablon Software Platform.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
