Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities

• You lead end-to-end product development, from idea and trials to industrialization on the production lines
• You work hands-on on trials, testing, and process optimization in close contact with production teams
• You manage a small, agile R&D team with a strong coaching and ownership mindset
• You collaborate directly with customers, sales, purchasing, and suppliers to deliver fast, relevant solutions
• You drive multiple R&D projects using a structured stage-gate approach while staying pragmatic and business-focused

Qualifications:

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Polymer Chemistry, Textiles, or a related field
• You bring 3–5 years of industrial R&D experience with a strong operational and customer-facing component
• You combine technical depth in polymers, fibers, or nonwovens with a strong “go & see” mindset
• You communicate fluently in English and French
• You show ownership, curiosity, team spirit, and the willingness to be on the floor, with customers, and on the road
