We are looking for an Institutional Operations, Associate (Analyst) to join our Global team. This role will be the lead personnel within the Eastern Time Zone supporting the day-to-day operations of our 24/7 Spot & Options OTC desk. This role will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency of our firm’s various products and processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support a 24/7 trading operation during EST hours
  • Perform daily settlement of client trades and transactions in fiat and crypto
  • Assist in various treasury movements
  • Perform daily trade and position reconciliations
  • Review and update client settlement instructions
  • Update and manage various attributes in our internal trading system
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of positions and accounts on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with technology and engineering teams on automation initiatives
  • Apply problem solving and project management skills to develop and execute initiatives to improve operation efficiencies and risk controls amid regulatory developments
  • Assist with exchange account openings and banking relationship management

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Control, Middle Office and/or Operations in the financial services or crypto industry
  • Experience across Options, Futures, FX products will be advantageous
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently 
  • Keen problem solver with good conceptual and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field preferred 
  • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Prior knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrencies would be beneficial
