Job Summary:
The Claims Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties involving claims management. The Assistant provides customer support, performs clerical and administrative duties, and interfaces with claimants, medical providers, and clients, while training to develop relevant knowledge and skills necessary to assist with maritime claims resolutions. The Claims Assistant will work with co-workers and clients to gather required documentation and information related to maritime insurance claims, on instruction from insurers and insureds, to seek the efficient resolution of maritime insurance claims. The position is remote. Local employees report to headquarter office in Cherry Hill, NJ one day a week and as required.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $40,000 - $44,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
