BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s Digital Marketing team is hiring a UX Researcher. In this fully remote, research-focused role, you’ll partner with design, product owners and developers to improve our members' health insurance experience.

Ideal candidates will bring experience conducting research in healthcare or other regulated industries (ex: government, banking), managing multiple studies of varied scopes, and with implementing consumer-facing AI tools or features.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Analyze and synthesize data to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Document and share research findings to internal clients and leadership in engaging presentation-format

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 4 years - Working in the field of digital experience design, UX research or usability

Skills\Certifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
