What is the role?

To offer our fans the highest level of customer service whilst ensuring that the store is maintained to the highest standards of merchandising, presentation and product availability. To help with picking and packing products in the warehouse due to high volume of orders.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates that have excellent customer service skills and are proactive, enthusiastic team players. You will be well presented and will have the flexibility to attend work when needed.

The competencies which are required include:

Essential Experience:

• Experience of working within a customer focused environment would be a distinct advantage.

• Experience of handling cash.

Essential Skills:

• Can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

• Must be flexible to attend work as and when requested.

• Trustworthy and reliable.

• Excellent computer literacy skills are essential.

• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

• Be a proactive team player.

• A well-presented individual.
