Mission

The Enterprise AI and Enablement team is dedicated to making a significant impact within the organization by leveraging AI. We are moving beyond the "hype" to embed AI into the very fabric of Swift.

Your mission is to lead the "How We Work" transformation. The M365 and AI ecosystem is evolving at light speed, and you will be the navigator who ensures Swift doesn't just keep up, but leads. You will guide the organization through a maturity journey: starting with individual capability adoption (Horizon 1) to create immediate "wow moments," and progressing toward deep, end-to-end process re-invention (Horizon 2). You are a change agent, a creative thinker, and a strategist who will unlock infinite use cases to drive tangible value.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Define and own the comprehensive change management and adoption plans for the organization. You will structure the roadmap for rolling out new features, ensuring every release is met with a clear plan for communication, enablement, and governance.
  • Bridge the Gap (AI + SME): Act as the translator who connects technical AI capabilities with business reality. You will ensure that AI solves real problems by merging your AI fluency with the Subject Matter Expertise (SME) of our diverse business functions. You will ensure we apply AI where it matters, not just where it is trendy.
  • Collaborative Execution: You will not work in an ivory tower. You will leverage the existing organization, teaming up with HR, Internal Communications, and business leaders to scale your impact. You will co-create solutions with the business rather than imposing them from the outside.
  • Continuous Learning Culture: Champion a culture of continuous learning and AI literacy. You will define the upskilling strategy, ensuring that employees are not just trained on today's tools, but are equipped with the agility to master tomorrow's features.
  • Continuous Technology Watch: Actively monitor the rapidly evolving capabilities of the M365 AI ecosystem (Copilot, Agents, automation). You will filter the noise to identify the features that will deliver the highest impact for Swift and translate them into actionable adoption plans.
  • Driving "Horizon 1" Maturity: Accelerate individual adoption by creating "wow moments" for employees. You will organize dynamic engagement activities like "Prompt-a-thons," hackathons, and interactive showcases that inspire staff to experiment and adopt.
  • Supporting "Horizon 2" Transformation: Go beyond personal productivity. You will partner with business domains to support their deep-dive transformation initiatives. You will act as a consultant and facilitator, helping them identify opportunities to re-engineer their own end-to-end processes using AI.
  • AI Readiness & Information Strategy: Ensure our data is ready for the future. You will guide teams on how to curate their unstructured knowledge, advising on tagging and information architecture so that our AI tools have high-quality fuel to work with.

Skills

  • Experience in Change Management Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Innovation Management.
  • Strong facilitation skills (Design Thinking, "Prompt-a-thons," Workshops).
  • Functional knowledge of the M365 / Copilot ecosystem and its roadmap.
  • Ability to define and track success metrics / KPIs.
  • Teamwork, resilience, and tenacity.
