Quotation, Service Report & Contracts

  • Responsible for processing quotations & Contracts requests and producing high quality quotations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, as well as providing and submit all contracts approval through MS Approval flow and CRS program.
  • To coordinate, prepare quotations consistent in a timely manner and maintain the quotations database.
  • To coordinate, update, prepare and compile contracts documents with our legal & requestor and submit  through MS Approval flow and CRS program.
  • To monitor and ensure that quotation & contract submission due dates are strictly adhered.
  • To ensure that quotation & contract submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in Line with legal requirements.
  • Responsible for preparation of sales contracts, PM contracts, agreements, amendments, letter and maintains contract files and records.
  • Contract & BG monitoring and follow-up.
  • Upload all contracts type into the CRS system and close the contract expiration date in the system.
  • Print Service Report from the Tech Serve system to enclosed with PM Billing.

  • Back up for Asset delivery (Back up machine & Silencia)
