Die Herausvorderung
Du wirst Teil unseres Home-Entertainment-Teams in Österreich und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Retail Activation, Marketing, Controlling und unseren europäischen Teams zusammen. In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die strategische und operative Betreuung unserer wichtigsten Handelspartner mit Fokus auf Umsatzwachstum, Marktanteil und nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen.
Als Key Account Manager bist du zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sony und unseren Handelspartnern. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden Wachstumsstrategien, steuerst Promotions und Sell-out-Maßnahmen und sorgst für eine optimale Umsetzung unserer Marken- und Produktstrategie am POS.
Deine Hauptaufgaben
Strategische und operative Betreuung sowie Weiterentwicklung definierter Key Accounts
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Wachstumsstrategien gemeinsam mit Handelspartnern
Verantwortung für Umsatz-, Profitabilitäts- und Marktanteilsziele
Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Promotions-, Marketing- und Sell-out-Aktivitäten
Analyse relevanter KPIs wie Sell-out, Marktanteile, Lagerbestände und Verfügbarkeit
Sicherstellung einer optimalen Produktplatzierung und Markenpräsentation am POS
Erstellung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Potentialanalysen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Retail Activation, Marketing, Supply Chain und europäischen HQ-Funktionen
Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen zu Entscheidern und relevanten Stakeholdern
Kundenmeetings, Veranstaltungen und internationalen Trainings
Das bringst du mit
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder Vertrieb
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Unterhaltungselektronik oder Consumer Electronics
Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit positiver Ausstrahlung
Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

The Challenge
You will become part of our Home Entertainment team in Austria and work closely with Sales, Retail Activation, Marketing, Controlling, and our European teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our most important retail partners, with a strong focus on sales growth, market share, and sustainable customer relationships.
As a Key Account Manager, you will act as the central interface between Sony and our retail partners. Together with the customer, you will develop growth strategies, manage promotions and sell-out activities, and ensure the optimal execution of our brand and product strategy at the point of sale.
Your Main Responsibilities
Strategic and operational management as well as further development of defined key accounts
Development and implementation of sales and growth strategies together with retail partners
Responsibility for sales, profitability, and market share targets
Planning, execution, and control of promotions, marketing, and sell-out activities
Analysis of relevant KPIs such as sell-out, market share, stock levels, and availability
Ensuring optimal product placement and brand presentation at the POS
Creation of market, competitor, and potential analyses
Close collaboration with internal teams such as Retail Activation, Marketing, Supply Chain, and European HQ functions
Building long-term relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
Participation in customer meetings, events, and international trainings
What You Bring
Several years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales
Ideally experience within Consumer Electronics or Home Entertainment
Open and communicative personality with a positive attitude
Strong team-player mentality and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
High level of curiosity and interest in new technologies, trends, and innovations
Passion for brands, products, and customer experiences
Creative, innovative, and analytical thinking
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong results and solution orientation
