What will you contribute?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Manager, Contract Integrity to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of team development and cross-functional collaboration. The Sr Manager, Contract Integrity will be responsible for overseeing the entire Contract Management process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce ERP systems, as well as proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, is essential. Experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly desirable. This position reports to the Director, Order to Cash.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:

 

Contract Management Process: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end Contract integrity process (post-signature contract), from order entry to delivery. 
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing and fulfillment. 
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues that arise. 

Process Improvement: 

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Contract Integrity. 
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

Communication: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries and issues. 
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports on Contract Integrity performance and improvements. 

Team Development: 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Systems & Contract team to achieve high performance. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with Sales, legal, Billing, Collections, Revenue, Account SME and Finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. 
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system enhancements and integrations. 
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives. 

Technical Skills: 

  • Proficient in NetSuite and Salesforce ERP systems. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and reporting. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

Soft Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, STEM, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Contract Management or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in process improvement and team management. 
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce ERP systems. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
