Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of endpoint security services for clients, including assessments, solution design, deployment, configuration, and ongoing management.
• Serve as the technical expert on endpoint security technologies and provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices.( Performing delivery as an Individual Contributor)
• Manage project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of professional services engagements.
• Conduct endpoint security risk assessments and gap analyses, and develop actionable remediation plans tailored to client environments.
• Collaborate with clients’ IT and security teams to integrate endpoint security solutions within their existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership during incident response engagements related to endpoint threats.
• Develop and deliver client-facing presentations, workshops, and training sessions to enhance endpoint security awareness and capabilities.
• Stay up to date with emerging endpoint threats, industry trends, and security technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and proposals as part of client engagements.
• Support business development activities by contributing technical expertise to proposals and client discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on endpoint security in a client-facing professional services role.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery teams and managing cybersecurity projects for external clients.
• Hands-on experience with CDR and endpoint security platforms (e.g., Trellix, Votiro, illumio ,Microsoft Defender ATP, Trend Micro) and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of client environments spanning Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting technical assessments, solution design, and incident response.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC) are preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
