About the Role

Corporate Solutions Operations Associate handles inquiries and requests from customers on a variety of complex transactions and /or services related to New Business and Renewals through a variety of channels. Provide timely resolution and best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.

  • Assist in transactions related to Corporate Solutions New Business and Renewals various processes.
  • Use technical knowledge in the designated area and resolve issues or concern.
  • Collaborate with the Collections team and other partners for a seamless and efficient New Business, Billing, Collections and Renewal activities for Corporate Solutions clients.
  • Interact with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor assigned collection activities for compliance with established risk and controls management. Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of senior management through risk incidences.
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support. Participate in projects/initiatives as SME if needed.
  • Helps in the documentation of policies and procedures, as well as cascading of relevant policy changes to the team and other relevant departments.
  • Assist in preparing and submission of required reports timely to management or identified stakeholders (ex: collection reports, suspense reports).
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by Head or Team Lead to meet operational and/or other requirements.
