Job Description

Job Title: Haramain Executive (Junior) cum Media Support
Location: IKHLAS HQ Office, 8th Floor, South Block, 8.01, The Ampwalk, 218, Jln Ampang,
50450 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
Division: Umrah Department
Reports To: General Manager Umrah


Job Summary:

To support the Haramain operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of Umrah pilgrim logistics, ground services, and team coordination in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the role will provide media and communication support including content creation, photography/videography, and reporting to strengthen IKHLAS.COM’s presence and branding in Haramain.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Ground Operations Support

  • Assist with airport transfers, hotel check-ins, and transportation schedules.
  • Support room allocation and last-minute adjustments for groups.
  • Coordinate with Mutawwif and runners to ensure smooth movement of jemaah.
  • Provide on-ground assistance during peak times (Ramadhan, school holidays).

2. Pilgrim Care & Emergency Assistance

  • Support pilgrims with daily needs (lost items, minor emergencies, guidance).
  • Assist senior team with emergency reporting and liaising with local authorities.
  • Guide and assist in Raudhah/ziarah coordination under manager’s direction.

3. Media & Communication

  • Capture high-quality photos/videos of pilgrim movements, events, and visits.
  • Support live updates, social media content, and HQ communications.
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly media reports with visuals for HQ.Assist in branding activities such as banners, seminar coverage, and campaign content.

4. Team & Event Support

  • Provide logistical support for IKHLAS events in Haramain (forums, seminars, Eid celebrations).
  • Assist in handling VIP guests, influencers, or media groups.
  • Work closely with the Haramain Manager and HQ team to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Other task as assigned by the company

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in operations, hospitality, or media support (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Umrah/Hajj operations (training provided).
  • Media skills: photography, videography, basic editing, and social media handling.
  • Good communication in Malay & English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Customer service mindset with problem-solving attitude.
