Job Description

The Customer Care Consultant II leads projects and programs within the Customer Care group and may mentor junior members of team. Manages multiple goals, objectives, programs, policies, and procedures in a business area gained through experience and training and prepares reports for approval by senior members of the team.

Invoice Processing & Verification: Review and process service provider invoices for roadside assistance claims, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
Claims Resolution  Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claims, ensuring timely approvals or denials.
Payment Tracking: Process approved payments and perform accurate records of transactions.
Provider Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for service provider payment inquiries and concerns.
Collaboration & Process Improvement: Assisting with internal projects and contributing to process

Primary Skills:

While this role focuses on back-office tasks, we are looking for someone who is open and ready for potential transitions into customer-facing roles (Voice/Calls)
Experience: 1- 3 years (Back office)
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethics and understanding the criticality of TAT.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts with split weekly offs.

Knowledge/Skill/Abilities/Experience:

Bachelors' degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
Ability to interact effectively, interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy
Applies advanced skill in motivation, organization, training, coaching and facilitation of teamwork
