We are sourcing for a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst to drive agile processes for our product solutions. The PC/BA will implement agile best practices to improve delivery, efficiency, and visibility through a supportive and adaptable approach for our global delivery teams. This role reports to the Engineering Manager and will work closely with other Product Managers and Development personnel.
 
Responsibilities:

·  Lead the coordination and management of Agile projects from initiation to completion.
·  Continuously Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
·  Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
·  Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
·  Track and report on project performance, ensuring projects are progressing as planned.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed and project goals are met.
· Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating as necessary.
· Support the Product Owner & Engineering Management in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
· Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 
Experience:
 
- 3+ years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably within an Agile environment.
- Experience working in the banking or Fintech industry.
- Experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Skills:
· Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
· Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
· Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to resolve conflicts and foster team collaboration.
· Skilled in coaching and mentoring teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage risks and dependencies effectively.
 
Certifications:
· Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
 
Work Environment:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work, as needed.
