Role Definition:
Leads a team of 38 who deploy, support and drive adoption for collaboration tools which include Microsoft technologies and other supporting tools.
What You Will Do:
Oversee onboarding, deployment of support of collaboration technologies.
Introduce new collaboration features like Bookings, Loop etc.
Partner with security in evaluation and deployment of technologies in support of security strategy and compliance.
Manage a budget of $50M which includes $34M for Microsoft services.
Ensure ITSM quality compliance thru dashboard creation and management.
Manage vendors supporting the collaboration services.
