We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Protection and Control and Telecom systems, with proven experience in tendering for protection and control solutions, offer coordination, and agreement negotiation.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Tender Management:

    • Prepare and submit tenders for protection and control systems.
    • Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop competitive tender proposals.
  • Offer Coordination:

    • Coordinate the preparation and submission of offers to clients.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of offer documentation.
    • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues or queries related to offers.
  • Negotiation:

    • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients.
    • Aim for win-win outcomes that satisfy both client needs and company objectives.
    • Ensure all negotiated agreements are documented and approved according to company policies.
  • Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Customer Support:

    • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience in sales or tendering, with a focus on protection and control systems.
    • Proven experience in tendering processes for protection and control solutions.Experience in offer coordination and agreement negotiation.
    • Strong understanding of protection and control systems and their applications.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Advanced English knowledge.
