Focus: New Business Development

• Drive Infobip’s growth by identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships with prospective customers, and bringing new businesses on board. You’ll play a key role in growing our pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and turning opportunity into impact.
• We’re looking for commercially driven professionals with experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology, or telecom, who enjoy hunting for new business, building strong relationships, and closing opportunities.

Account Managers (Customer Growth Executives)

Focus: Customer Expansion

• Grow existing customer partnerships by understanding business needs, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers get even more value from Infobip solutions. You’ll help deepen relationships and drive revenue expansion across existing accounts.
• We’re looking for commercially driven professionals who excel at building trusted relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and turning strong customer partnerships into measurable business results.

Solutions Engineers

Focus: Pre-Sales & Technical Consulting

• Partner with customers and sales teams to understand business needs, design tailored solutions, and show how Infobip technology can solve complex communication challenges. You’ll bring the technical insight that helps customers move forward with confidence.
• We’re looking for technology-focused professionals with experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales, or other customer-facing technical roles, who enjoy connecting customer needs with the right solution.

Partnerships Development Managers

Focus: Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

• Build and grow strategic partnerships that create new business opportunities and shared value. You’ll identify the right partners, develop strong relationships, and help turn collaboration into long-term growth.
• We’re looking for commercially driven professionals with experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, who are confident relationship builders and know how to create value through collaboration.
