What you'll do daily

  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the team and on projects.

  • Develops team members in order to deliver value and a high level of service to clients.

  • Ensure Collaboration within the team and with clients.

  • Attend client facing workshops, using a variety of in person and digital tools, including design thinking and other structured workshop methods.

  • Analyse business needs to develop requirements, user stories and other ways of describing client needs.

  • Perform the detailed design of business processes and functional application design using best practices for Supply Chain implementations.

  • Present your work in playbacks to clients and their stakeholders, including in group environments.

  • Ensure work is well engineered and is performant and maintainable.

  • Inform the solution architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project and develop approaches to mitigate risk.

  • Participate in transitions of the application or functional components to the testers.

  • Fix any functional defects and performance problems discovered in testing.

  • Document the application to facilitate maintenance.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Preferably four to five implementation experience with business platforms solutions o9 Platform or similar Oracle or SAP Supply Chain or Logistics (Transport) solutions.
  • Supply chain (Supply & Demand) or Logistics (Transport) Process Knowledge and Planning using o9 digital brain Platform preferred or similar SAP, Oracle Technology.
  • Previous Consulting experience required.
  • Understand end to end supply chain planning concepts and different issues involved in the supply chain management.
  • Experience in working supply chain packaged solution implementation projects, with an ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Strong design, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to establish relationships with business, and bias for action
