Job Summary

The Agent Support Advisor is responsible for providing support to Medicare agents by performing the following responsibilities An Agent Support Advisor simultaneously works with the agents and the in-house sales team to support higher levels of success. This position works in a partnership with the sales team to ensure the Agent & Sales experience is efficient, effective, and most importantly positive.   

Position Responsibilities 

  • Agent recruitment support.
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Research and provide information or informed opinion on a wide variety of concerns and topics.
  • Work with agents and staff to resolve under-writing, administrative & operational issues.
  • Provide phone support for external and internal sales agent inbound service requests. (Eligibility, supplies, & etc.)
  • Maintain broker packets and materials. (License, AHIP, E&O, etc.)
  • Assure that business is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain technology and agent portal options.
  • Provide enrollment options and process applications.
  • Manage carrier resources and development.
  • Monitor and enforce high customer service standards.

 Position Requirements

  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications. (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills.
  • High School diploma: BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
