Responsabilidades clave
  • Ocuparse de un conjunto de clientes y prospectos (definidos ya sea por país y/o industrias) en el segmento SMB (small & medium business) siendo responsable de todo el ciclo de ventas.
  • Coordinar varios proyectos de ventas simultáneamente y ser totalmente responsable de su negocio.
  • Administrar todo el proceso de ventas para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos del rol, con un fuerte énfasis en las ventas de nuevos negocios, mientras expande las cuentas existentes.
  • Utilizar su experiencia en venta de soluciones para responder de manera óptima a las necesidades de los clientes e identificar el potencial comercial para crear una asociación estratégica a largo plazo con sus clientes.
  • Fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes a través de compromisos regulares y reuniones cara a cara.
  • Organizar y administrar eventos de la industria y grupos de usuarios para generar interés en el mercado.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con nuestros equipos extendidos (ingenieros de soluciones, partners, etc.)
Requerimientos
  • Promedio de años de experiencia requeridos: 2 años de ciclo completo de ventas directa a clientes finales.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de una gran lista de cuentas que son un híbrido de prospectos y base instalada.
  • Logro consistente año tras año del cumplimiento de cuota de ventas.
  • Experiencia vendiendo soluciones tecnológicas SaaS.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con niveles ejecutivos y realización de presentaciones estratégicas a sus clientes.
