A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales Order Management (SOM) Functional Analyst with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities including Order Management, Customer Consignment, STO’s and Intercompany Sales, Drop Shipments, Order Fulfilment, Billing and Invoice, Customer Complaint Management, Business Partner, and Pricing. This position is based in Colombia operating in a remote model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

·       Configure, customize, and maintain SAP SD modules, including integration with other modules like FI, CO, MM and PP.

·       Provide expertise in SAP best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements.

·       Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run.

·       Work with other functional leads in the IT team to ensure that the functional design and configuration in the areas of SAP SD align with SAP best practices.

·       Perform system integration activities ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

·       7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience. 

·       Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prior Pharma and/or Medical Device experience is desired as well as some who has Familiarization with automation tools and Robotic Processing (RPA).
