What you'll do:
• Drive design, development, implementation of cloud-based contact center solutions, CIVR, Database integration, CRM integration, Omnichannel Support - Chatbot development etc.
• Translating business requirements into Contact Center IVR Call Flows
• Developing, testing, monitoring, and supporting Contact Center IVR flows and related services
• Build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting associates of Walmart worldwide.
• Follow best practices in development, code coverage, testing, monitoring and alerting.
• Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community.
• Be involved in the successful implementation by applying technical skills, to design and build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the Tech Leads and cross functional teams and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery) within the established architectural guidelines.
• Learn new and changing technologies and adapt to ensure best software practices and standards.
• Interact closely for requirements with Business owners and technical teams both within India and across the globe.
• You will help and participate with the teams that leverage and contribute to open-source technologies to Make impact on a global scale
• Good understanding of business environment, excellent communication skill and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
What you'll bring:
• NICE CXOne Studio experience - Knowledge of Nice InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, Digital-first OMNI Channel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, POCs & Auto Attendant) - 7+ years of experience
• Ability to independently develop, debug and maintain complex IVRs including with multiple services. (Critical)
• Ability to program in one or more of the following software languages: Java, JavaScript (Good to have)
• Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API calls (Good to have)
• Basic knowledge of Azure, GCP, Docker and Kubernetes will be advantage. (Good to have)
• Intermediate SQL Server, MongoDB knowledge; including creation modification and maintenance of tables, stored procedures, and triggers (Good to have)
• Good knowledge of any source control such as GitHub, TFS etc. (Good to have)
• Knowledge of additional tool such as JIRA, ServiceNow will be an added advantage (Good to have)
• Retail, health & benefits, and Contact center domain Knowledge preferred. (Good to have)
• Should be willing to work in evening shift (US Time) and demonstrate the flexibility.
