Job Mission

Logistics coordinator is responsible for logistics activity by performing 3rd party management, cost control, inbound/outbound, scrap, return to factory, and administrative and clerical duties based on requirements by stakeholders

Description

Logistics operational process

• Logistics process optimization (Standardize, Streamline, Simplify)
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly logistics monitoring (inventory aging, local warehouse space utilization, scrap, etc)
• Reverse logistics for critical materials
• Packing material replenishment planning
• Handling operational disturbances to meet customer commitment

Control 3PL performance

• 3PL operational accuracy (Outbound shipment, Critical part returns, Inventory management)
• Daily operational backlog control at local warehouse
• Measure 3PL operational performance (KPI) compared to SLA (service level agreement) contract
• Remove operational error and setup corrective action & preventive action
• Safety control & Risk management, Site Gemba

Logistics cost control

• Review logistics cost
• Budget/Spending control & analysis

Logistics project

• SAP – WMS system interface
• Local warehouse infra project (relocation, expansion)
• Cost saving project
• Order fulfillment project
• Etc. (BPM SME Networking / ERP Migration / etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics & biz administration

Experience

- 6~9 years working experience in logistics & administrative operation (In semi conduct industry preferred)

- 3rd party logistics control experience

- SAP operation and advanced excel skill preferred

Skills

- Self-motivated, self-supervised, proactive, problem solving, flexible

- Good command of Korean and English, both verbal and writing

- Able to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment.

- Ability to work in a team as well as individual

- Sense of responsibility

- Time management

- Adequate MS office(Excel, PPT, Word) skill required

- SAP operation-experience preferred

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
