We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the execution of our social media strategy across key platforms.

We’re looking for a hands-on content creator to manage content end-to-end — from concept and production to publishing and optimisation.

You’ll turn markets, products, and brand moments into compelling, audience-first content.

This is not a coordination or scheduling role — you will be expected to generate ideas and create content yourself on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

  • Create high-quality video and social content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
  • Film, edit, and confidently appear on camera when needed
  • Capture and create content around sports sponsorships (events, athletes, behind-the-scenes, live event moments)
  • Turn financial market trends, and brand moments into engaging, easy-to-understand content

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Own the social content calendar across all channels
  • Identify opportunities to connect brand storytelling with live sports and cultural moments
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales to deliver relevant, consistent content

Campaign Execution

  • Bring campaigns, products, and sports sponsorships to life on social
  • Translate briefs into compelling, social-first content
  • Work with partners, athletes, and internal teams to create timely, high-impact content
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with external creators and influencers to produce consistent, high-quality trading and market content.
  • Manage approvals and ensure brand and regulatory compliance

Community & Platform Management

  • Manage posting, engagement, and platform performance
  • Join conversations across sports, markets, and culture in a timely, relevant way
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, and algorithm changes

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track performance and optimise content based on insights
  • Test new formats, ideas, and creative approaches
  • Continuously improve what works — and move fast

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in social/content (brand or personal)
  • Strong filming + editing skills
  • Excellent social copywriting skills, with the ability to write sharp, engaging, platform-native content (particularly for X and LinkedIn), including threads, commentary, and reactive posts on market trends.
  • Deep understanding of what works on modern platforms
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content
  • Strong interest in trading, investing, or financial markets, with the curiosity and ability to quickly build informed perspectives.
  • Experienced using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Midjourney, After effects, Figma, or similar, with a focus on creating and editing content quickly and independently.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and moving quickly

Bonus

  • Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services.
  • Built or grown your own social presence
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial marketing.
  • Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors.
