The Opportunity

Successful candidate will play a key role in eMPF project and will involve in the new Pension development projects which build the features to cater for our Pension business and servicing landscape, with the look and feel aligning with the latest branding guidelines, and make it into mobile-friendly for better user experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility and support business leads for the collection, analysis, validation, and documentation of business users’ or stakeholder’s business needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with delivery stakeholders to deliver system solutions that cover solution design, system implementation and Quality Assurance.
  • Accountable for effective change management within projects that is ensuring change to business requirements are effectively managed to ensure minimal impact to projects.
  • Provide operational support on user enquiry, analysis services and production problem diagnostic.
  • Assist business leads in defining short and long term needs to determine business priorities and advise on options.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove barriers within and across teams.
  • Strong communicator who can negotiate effectively with business to clarify needs vs. wants/likes in order to balance business direction/requirements with cost of development and risk
  • Has a natural ability to breakdown, decompose and describe business needs into Stories supporting an iterative and incremental delivery model
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in written form to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

What we are looking for

  • Degree holder in information systems, business administration or related discipline.  
  • At least 5 years of experiences in business analysis.
  • Experience in Mandatory Provident Funds operations or relevant application development would be an advantage
  • Well organized and high attention to details
  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Self-initiated and disciplined to project schedule
  • Able to present confidently and effectively to groups of audience
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
