Job Title: Tealium Analyst & Platform Admin

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Tealium Analyst & Platform Admin to manage and optimize our Tealium deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Tealium platform, enhancing data integration, and supporting analytics initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Tealium platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all integrations.
• Implement and maintain tags, data layers, and events in Tealium to facilitate effective data collection.
• Collaborate with various teams to define and implement data governance strategies.
• Provide training and support for users across the organization to maximize the use of the Tealium platform.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Tealium configurations and processes.
• Analyze data flows and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations of the analytics environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tealium features and enhancements to improve our implementation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with direct experience in Tealium implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and data management concepts.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related concentration.
