Location: Remote with up to 50% travel to client location

Job Overview: DXC is looking for an experienced SAP BTP Fiori/HTML5/Mobility Developer to join our team. This role will focus on developing intuitive, user-friendly applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a primary focus on SAP Fiori and mobile-responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, and SAP Fiori, along with a solid understanding of mobile development best practices. This role is essential to creating impactful user experiences that support our organization’s digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori applications on SAP BTP, ensuring mobile-friendly and responsive design principles.
  • User Interface Design: Create clean, intuitive user interfaces using SAPUI5, HTML5, and CSS to enhance user engagement and accessibility on both web and mobile devices.
  • Integration & API Utilization: Work with SAP BTP services such as API Management, OData services, and REST APIs to connect SAP Fiori applications with backend SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Mobile Enablement: Develop mobile-responsive applications and leverage mobile services on SAP BTP for enhanced user experience across devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure all applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and scalability, following SAP Fiori guidelines and best practices.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, debug applications, and implement enhancements to ensure the quality and reliability of deployed applications.
  •  Documentation & Support: Maintain detailed documentation for developed applications, configurations, and customizations and provide ongoing support to resolve issues and implement upgrades.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development.
  • 1+ year of experience with SAP BTP and mobile application development.
  • Proficiency in SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori Elements, SAP Fiori Launchpad, and mobile-responsive design.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP services, especially API Management, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Mobile Services.
  •  Knowledge of OData services and RESTful APIs for connecting SAP Fiori apps with backend systems.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices for web and mobile applications.

Work Environment: 

  • It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.
