Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct the annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes for Sales & Revenue Organization (including monthly P&L and bi-weekly Revenue Performance reviews) in compliance with Chamberlain Group's policies and controls; ensure proper recording of monthly judgements and estimates

  • Champion business behaviors to achieve initiatives & ensure reporting and analysis tools are in place to track financial performance against key initiatives. Regularly collaborate and align with both Sales / Revenue Leadership and Product Finance

  • Lead the optimization and management of pricing, promotions, discounting and discretionary spend decisions for CG’s Pro Channels; in partnership with Sales & Revenue leadership, drive consistency in customer contracts on topics related to pricing, rebates, marketing spend and other revenue related aspects; ensure contract language is consistent with accounting rules and controls

  • Spearhead sales analytics capabilities focused on strategic pricing, ROI analysis, and value creation; leverage both Excel and Power BI to tell effective stories through data that influence decision-making; work with leadership to embed analytics into reporting and decision-making processes

  • Direct team of Analysts & Sr. Analysts responsible for pro forma analytics focused on pricing, promotions, and revenue / profitability

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams

Education/Certifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

  • 10+ years in finance / financial reporting, revenue management, sales analytics, with experience working with business units or Sales & Marketing

  • Experience with ERP system, data warehouse queries, and planning system

  • Travel 5-10% in North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or General Management

  • CPG, Consumer Durables and / or Service-Based Companies

  • B2B and / or B2B2C businesses

  • Knowledge of SAP, BI and / or BPC

  • Advanced skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms
