Welcome to People & Organization(HR) – P&O MEIA

In P&O you will be part of a global and diversified group of people. You will get 90+ highly engaged and skilled colleagues with different levels of seniority, expertise, and backgrounds. Our culture is characterized by a strong team spirit, an informal tone, a good sense of humor and a high level of trust. We have just established our regional P&O operations for MEIA consisting of 10 employees sitting across the region. In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Being responsible for front ending HR support to employees and managers for the business area.
• Being the trusted advisor by ensuring P&O systems and processes are easy to access and navigate for employees.
• Providing guidance for effective employee experience across job changes, on-boarding, employee relations, off-boarding and performance management.
• Responsible for delightful experience for new employees through forums like local New Employee Day, onboarding support etc.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to managers at assigned site (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary, performance improvement actions).
• Deliver high-quality HR services in line with globally aligned service standards.
• Champion HR digitalization journey in the P&O offerings to the business

To succeed you must hold:

• 6-8 years of experience in front ending HR processes and policies.
• Master’s Degree in HR
• Delivering HR services with a high degree of customer orientation and an exemplary and proactive can-do attitude.
• Ability to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment to make timely decisions.
• Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in P&O consultancy, while also pragmatically addressing real-world complexities.
• Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness and ability to handle changing priorities.
• Clear communication skills, capable of clearly conveying HR policies, procedures, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including management and employees. This includes active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Embracing automation with a continuous improvement mindset
