Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote ABB’s complete Electrification portfolio to key technical stakeholders across Italy.

Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, supporting design choices, and promoting ABB’s competitive advantages by combining deep product knowledge with strong customer interaction.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Marketing & Sales in Italy.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.

• Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.

• Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.

• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.

Qualifications for the role

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with ease in managing relationships at multiple levels

• Ability to demonstrate your experience and knowledge in Electrical solutions, products and tools.

• You possess a good knowledge of Electrical Cad, Microsoft Office and AI tools

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Energy Engineering, or a Technical Diploma

• You are passionate about Innovation, Industrial and Building automation

• You are ease at communicating in Italian and English

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
