Description -
We are seeking an experienced Poly Channel Sales Leader to drive business growth, partner success, and market share across the Poly portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing channel strategies, accelerating revenue growth through distributors and reseller partners, and strengthening HP's position in the collaboration and hybrid work solutions market.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, partners, and key stakeholders, leveraging deep expertise in channel sales, go-to-market strategy, partner development, and the Poly product portfolio to influence business decisions, drive commercial performance, and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads strategic engagement with channel partners, distributors, and sales organizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
Develops and executes channel business plans, go-to-market strategies, and partner growth initiatives to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share for the Poly portfolio.
Drives demand generation, partner enablement, and sales acceleration programs across the reseller and distribution ecosystem.
Builds and maintains executive-level relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to strengthen strategic partnerships and expand business opportunities.
Partners closely with sales, marketing, finance, and category teams to execute business plans and deliver commercial outcomes.
Monitors business performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), identifies growth opportunities and business risks, and develops data-driven action plans to improve results.
Serves as a subject matter expert for Poly solutions, collaboration technologies, hybrid work environments, and channel best practices.
Leads business reviews, pipeline management, and forecasting activities to drive accountability and execution excellence.
Identifies and implements process improvements, partner programs, and commercial initiatives based on market insights, partner feedback, and competitive analysis.
Drives thought leadership and contributes to the development of long-term channel and commercial growth strategies.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Typically 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, category management, or commercial leadership roles.
Proven success driving growth through reseller, distributor, and channel partner ecosystems.
Strong experience within the collaboration, unified communications, peripherals, or broader IT channel environment.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
