Job Description

Title: Analyst

 

Unit: Pharmacy Benefit Managers

 

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

 

Time: Full-time

 

Position Summary:

The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patient’s Right to Pharmacy Choice Act, Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Communicating and collaborating with PBM agents and attorneys on case investigations

  • Analyzing the affairs of Pharmacy Benefits Managers

  • Organizing and mining data in an effective and secure manner

  • Preparing reports and other presentation materials for administrative hearings

  • Assist in the research and development of new investigations.

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Finance OR Specialized training/certification OR equivalent work experience is required.
