Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, commissioning, rework and maintenance, to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of process changes.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering with 3-5 years of Automotive industry related experience. (required)
Experience working in a production
environment
Proven experience in a manufacturing process
engineering role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
, fixtures, and tooling.
Strong problem-solving skills, including ability
to analyze issues using 5 Why methodology
, research root causes, and
develop effective, creative solutions with
sound decision-making.
Ability to interpret and apply a range of instruction
formats (written, oral, diagrams
, schedules) and address problems
lacking standard solutions.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
and manage multiple projects, and
meet deadlines, including extended hours
when needed.
Proactive mindset with ability to recommend
process, policy, and system improvements
.
Ability to work independently and as part of
a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in training staff on equipment use / maintenance and providing leadership in equipment-related projects.
Familiarity with 3D CAD software
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Understanding of MES system and integration
