IT & Security
We are seeking a visionary Global Senior IT Manager to lead our Network and Platform Operations. This high-impact leadership role will include serving as the Global Strategy & Process Owner for Network Operations and the Regional Lead for both Platform and Network Operations.
The successful candidate will not be a "hands-on" developer or implementation engineer but a strategic orchestrator. You will influence the corporate technology roadmap, ensure operational stability through ITIL excellence, and—most importantly—build a world-class engineering operations culture by developing talent within your global team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Technology Influence (Global Scope)
Network Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the long-term strategy for global network operations, ensuring alignment with business growth and digital transformation goals.
Technology Influence: Serve as a key stakeholder and influencer in selecting new corporate technologies. Evaluate emerging trends (e.g., automation, AI-driven networking) to ensure they meet operational standards before corporate-wide adoption.
Global Governance: Standardize the network operations architecture and security protocols across all global sites, ensuring a "one-company" approach to connectivity.
Vendor Ecosystem: Manage global strategic partnerships with ISPs and technology providers, ensuring they deliver operational innovation and value beyond basic SLAs.
Platform Service Management (Regional Scope)
Operational Excellence: Accountable for the stability, performance, and availability of regional platform services (Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, and Backup).
SLA Management: Drive a service-oriented culture, ensuring that regional platform operations meet or exceed agreed-upon performance metrics while following Global direction and governance.
Risk Mitigation: Oversee regional incident recovery and lifecycle management to prevent technical debt from disrupting business continuity and degrading it.

Talent Development & People Leadership
Building Capabilities: Take a proactive role in identifying skill gaps and creating development plans. You are responsible for transforming a group of technical experts into a high-performing, cohesive global unit.
Mentorship & Coaching: Foster a culture of continuous learning. Mentor junior and senior team members to prepare them for future leadership roles.
Global Team Orchestration: Lead a distributed team of professionals, ensuring high engagement and alignment across diverse cultures and time zones.
Governance & Process
Service Transition: Ensure that new technologies are seamlessly integrated into the "Run" model, with proper documentation and support processes.
Major Incident Oversight: Lead the response to critical issues by coordinating global resources and driving post-mortem analyses to foster a "zero-repeat" mindset.
