Training & Facilitation
o Deliver engaging Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and Black Belt training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
o Develop and maintain training materials, case studies, and exercises tailored to the organization’s needs.
o Build advanced Black Belt-level training content, including modules in advanced statistics, experimental design, regression modeling, hypothesis testing, and statistical process control.
o Design and deliver a standalone Automation Certification program:
Coaching & Mentorship
o Guide candidates as they complete belt projects, ensuring proper use of LSS tools and automation techniques.
o Offer ongoing 1:1 and group coaching to help candidates progress toward certification and achieve project success.
o Collaborate with other BBs and MBBs who will funnel candidates into training, ensuring alignment on program standards and candidate readiness.
Program Support
o Manage the certification pipeline of Yellow, Green, Black Belt, and Automation candidates, maintaining training schedules, progress tracking, and certification records.
o Ensure consistency of methodology and quality across all training and coaching activities.
o Support enterprise-wide improvement capability by maintaining a strong training culture and candidate experience.
Automation Integration
o Integrate automation training modules into Lean Six Sigma programs.
o Provide awareness and hands-on guidance on automation technologies and frameworks.
o Serve as a subject matter resource on combining Lean, Six Sigma, and automation for scalable improvements.
Education & Certification
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
o Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt a plus).
o Certification or proven experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).
Experience
o 7+ years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable outcomes.
o Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs, including advanced statistical topics.
o Experience building tiered or progressive certification programs (preferred).
o Hands-on experience with Microsoft automation ecosystem (Power Platform, Copilot, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents).
Skills
o Deep expertise in statistics, data analysis, and experimental design.
o Strong facilitation, presentation, and adult learning expertise.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
o Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire candidates at different stages of learning.
o Skilled communicator with the ability to explain complex statistical and automation concepts in accessible ways.
