Position:

As a Project Enablement Manager within the RSS Enterprise Capabilities in-house project services team, reporting to the Chapter Lead Project Enablement, you are accountable for delivering assigned project services and deliverables, supporting Data Product and Data Science & Machine Learning (DSML) initiatives by ensuring structured execution, cross-functional coordination, clear visibility, and timely delivery aligned with Roche’s data-driven strategy.

The Opportunity:

  • End-to-End Project Governance & Execution: Oversee project management across multiple data products and DSML initiatives, defining and tracking milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering, business), and ensuring structured, transparent delivery.

  • Visibility, Reporting & Risk Management: Maintain dashboards, timelines, and status reports; proactively monitor project health, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership and governance forums.

  • Planning, Frameworks & Stakeholder Alignment: Support roadmap planning and milestone sequencing with product and technical teams, apply fit-for-purpose project frameworks and reporting standards, and facilitate alignment through structured working sessions and decision tracking.

  • Data & DSML Delivery Mindset: Experienced in data, analytics, and machine learning environments, with the ability to translate complex technical initiatives into executable plans; highly self-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective in matrixed, fast-paced settings.

Who you are:

  • Education & Project Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field with 6–8 years of project experience; proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, Lean principles, and full project lifecycle management including pre-project activities.

  • Business, Change & Methodologies: Functional knowledge in at least one business area (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D); familiarity with Organizational Change Management; experience in pharma or consulting is a plus; proficient in tailored methods such as design thinking and liberating structures.

  • Execution & Stakeholder Effectiveness: Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
