We are looking for you as Production Representative (f/m/d) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site to strengthen our international Clario team!

Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers
(pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organisations - CROs)
can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are prepared in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on production lines, handhelds and computers to achieve the daily production goals

• Troubleshooting of production lines and machines

• Conversion of the production line

• Being responsible for production quality

• Making the necessary adjustments/settings to manufacture a product within its specifications and blocking products outside the specifications

• Working under defined conditions and described procedures (SOPs)

• Completing the daily production records

• Carrying out preventive measures for the maintenance of the production facilities

• Keeping the working environment clean

What We Look For

• Experience with mechanical and electrical components and methods

• Experience with assembly tools, measuring devices and other related instruments

• Basic verbal English skills

• Basic MS-Office knowledge

(Pharmaunternehmen und Clinical Research Organisations - CROs)
sicher sein können, dass unsere Testgeräte für unsere Bereiche eCoa (digitales Patiententagebuch), Respiratory (Lungenfunktionsgeräte) und Cardiac (Blutdruckmessgeräte) rechtzeitig vorbereitet werden, um in den 'medical sites' (Testzentren und Krankenhäusern) weltweit anzukommen.

Was Du Tun Wirst

• Arbeiten an Produktionslinien, Handhelds und Computern, um die täglichen Produktionsziele zu erreichen

• Fehlerbehebung an medizinischen Testgeräten oder Installation von Apps und Updates auf Smartphones und Tablets die später zur Erfassung von medizinischen Daten genutzt werden

• Verantwortung für die Produktionsqualität

• Durchführung der erforderlichen Anpassungen/Einstellungen zur Gewährleistung der Herstellung eines Produkts innerhalb der Spezifikationen und Sperren von Produkten, die nicht den Spezifikationen entsprechen

• Arbeiten unter festgelegten Bedingungen und beschriebenen Verfahren (SOPs)

• Ausfüllen der täglichen Produktionsprotokolle

• Durchführung von vorbeugenden Maßnahmen zur Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen

• Sauberhalten der Arbeitsumgebung

Was Wir Suchen

• Erfahrung mit technischen Arbeitsabläufen und im Umgang mit Handys, Tablets etc.

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Montagewerkzeugen und Messgeräten.

• Grundlegende verbale Englischkenntnisse

• Grundlegende MS-Office Erfahrung
