What you'll do:

As the Encompass Systems Manager, you'll lead a team of administrators and developers responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) and its integrations. You'll oversee system enhancements, including business rules, workflows, and custom fields, to optimize mortgage origination processes while ensuring compliance with SOX and change management standards. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage work through Azure DevOps and Git, and enforce security controls within Encompass. Additionally, you'll provide Tier 3 support, drive automation initiatives, and ensure timely adoption of ICE Mortgage Technology updates and industry best practices.

• Design and implement system enhancements, including business rules, input forms, workflows, and custom fields to optimize mortgage origination processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (loan officers, underwriters, compliance teams) to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.  Ensure Change Management procedures are followed for Encompass, which is a SOX managed application.
• Oversee access controls and security settings within Encompass to enforce role-based permissions and prevent unauthorized access.  Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex Encompass issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency across the mortgage lifecycle.  Stay current with ICE Mortgage Technology updates and industry best practices, ensuring timely adoption of new features and compliance requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of Encompass administrators and developers responsible for the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) and related integrations.  Manage the team’s work and requirements using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Git Repos.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of related experience in IT--App Support, IT--Development, IT--Networking or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in managing mid sized technology team within multiple functional areas while ensuring highest quality delivery of complex products or services.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with the execution KPIs and meeting timelines.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• May require up to 25% travel.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $159,745.00 - $197,331.00 for Irvine, CA. Salary range for new hires is generally $159,745.00 - $197,331.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
