Marketing Automation Specialist, Resi

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

We are seeking a skilled and certified Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns to drive lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement. Your expertise will help us build scalable, data-driven marketing processes that align with our strategic goals.

  • Compensation Range: $77,452 - $89,500

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end configuration and execution of Marketo campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, nurture programs, and scoring models.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain Marketo workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Marketo and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for accurate data flow and reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, email deliverability, and engagement rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all campaigns.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in integrating Marketo with CRMs, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. Familiarity with Asana is preferred.
  • Experience with additional marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools.
  • Preferable advanced skills in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization is a plus.
  • Experience working with or marketing to churches, religious organizations, or non-profits is preferred.

 

Work Environment & Physical Demands: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
