Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs, and translate requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations and data models to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support client's objectives.
• Definition and implementation of best practices / guidelines for BI governance and control
• Producing high and detailed level Business Intelligence design specifications
• Providing technical leadership and oversight for implementation projects
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Helping clients define BI enterprise architecture and BI solutions road map

Basic Qualifications:
• +3 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role (including data modeling, Power Query (M) and DAX languages)
• Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation
• Experienced in working with enterprise clients, large data volumes, and complex business environments, with a strong ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Familiarity and interest with broader analytics domain (data warehousing, BI, ETL, data platforms, cloud)
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral)
• "Service mindset" – a customer-centric approach that prioritizes understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations
• Personality - high ownership, sense of urgency, team-spirit, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and derive insights from complex data sets
• Polish language skills

• Databricks / Snowflake
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• ETL Tools (e.g. Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, MS Fabric)
• Experience with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services)
• Experience in Agile and DevOps delivery
• Automation scripts
